As part of my role as a Diversity & Inclusion advisor and as a passionate individual who is keen to push the debate on how doing good is good for business, I am delighted to support new initiatives and speak at corporate & educational events, across Europe.

I've been honoured to be the keynote to a global diversity forum run by Mercer and UCD's 2018 Women in Leadership event (attended by over 700 people) and I act as a jump-start to HR conferences & events; for example, for multinationals such as Johnson Matthey & MUFG and for professional bodies such as Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Society of Actuaries of Ireland.

I actively support national campaigns such as International Women's Day (keynoting PwC's event in Dublin in 2018 and being part of the panel for Bank of Ireland's inaugural launch in 2017) and the launch of key networks (as a noted leader within the new global diversity & inclusion platform, Diversein.com or as an ally helping launch Bank or Ireland's LGBT network)

I apply my knowledge, skills and passion to chair, present and/or participate as a panellist and ensure a furthering of the debate and understanding over the power and influence of diversity & inclusion.

I'm available to join interview panels for key diversity & inclusion appointments and other hires, leveraging my experience as part of the Nominations Committee of Screen Ireland.
